Grab a sandwich and catch your flight! Steiner stands for high-quality bakery and patisserie products that have become a tradition in whole Zurich, not just at the airport. The goal in this project was to show the quality and the passion of Steiner in a proper Design creating also an café-like zone for customers. This is what we did in 18 days : demolition of all existing furniture, recess the upper level steel construction, install a complete new refrigerating unit, renew all the ceiling panels, adapt the sprinkler units to the new layout and a new flooring.
