Studio Carbonara is an independent interior design studio based in Zurich, between Rome and Hamburg that creates Interior happiness.

Whether it’s interior design, architecture, graphic design, motion design – as long as it challenges us – we are interested.

Interior designer - Max started having carbonara in 1983. He is an italian-german Interior Designer, graduated from Fachhochschule Mainz in 2009. He matches Italian passion for beauty with German reliability. He gained experience in retail- and event design agencies after working several years in Rome as interior- set- and furniture designer. He loves his ginger family, graffiti, cooking and traveling. Vespa and furniture are also in his daily thoughts. He’s the head and heart of studio carbonara.
Graphic designer - Before studio carbonara, Guido founded Intorno Design. He explores the various areas of visual communication after having his daily meditation sessions. He teaches at RUFA, Rome University of Fine Arts, at the Bachelor of Arts course in Graphic Design. He’s the successful and prizewinning member of studio carbonara.
Motion Designer - After travelling the world in the name of king Juan Carlos of Spain, Juan found a place to call home in Hamburg. As he was always moving he decided to study motion design first in Barcellona, then Vancouver and is now one of Europe`s most wanted animation designers. Always happy to dance, he’s the strategic head of studio carbonara.
